With 20 years in the beauty industry, owner Patti Hill has seen it all — including stepping away for 7 years to be present for her family, then returning to the chair with a renewed passion and zero hesitation. Luxe & Legacy Salon was born from that comeback,in 2023 with a single chair and a whole lot of heart. That one chair has since grown into a thriving 3-chair salon — and one of our stylists just happens to be Patti’s daughter, making the Legacy in our name more real than ever That 2025 recognition means the world to us, because it wasn’t earned by application or nomination. It was earned by you — our clients — through your authentic feedback and reviews. We don’t take that lightly. CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and you may need to cancel your appointment. To ensure fairness and accommodate all clients, we have established the following cancellation policy: - Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of 30% of the service booked. - If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notification to Luxe & Legacy, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a fee of 30% of the booked service will apply. - In the case of a no-show without any prior communication, a fee of 75% of the scheduled service will be charged. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact Luxe & Legacy at 281-624-6696 at least 24 hours in advance. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us serve all our clients effectively.

Hi, I’m Patti — stylist, salon owner, and someone who genuinely loves what she does. With nearly 20 years behind the chair, I’ve built a career around one simple belief: every client deserves a look that feels effortlessly them. I specialize in haircuts and lived-in color, and over the past couple of years my clientele has grown more than I ever imagined — which I don’t take lightly. That trust, and being named a BusinessRate Best of 2025 Hair Salon in Spring, TX, pushes me to keep getting better. And better, for me, means always learning. In 2023 and 2024, I trained and then mastered French Haircutting and French Balayage — a hand-painted technique that creates the most natural, seamless color — under Candy Shaw, named NAHA Educator of the Year for 2025. Then in 2025, I traveled to Rome to train with a Brunette Balayage specialist, because great hair has no borders. So why Luxe & Legacy? Luxe is the experience — I want every visit to feel like a reset, a little luxury in your week. As a proud mom of four, I know better than most how much that matters. Legacy is personal — this industry has given so much to my family, and I’m proud to say two of my daughters have become stylists too. One of them is even working alongside me now, and there’s nothing better than that. This salon is built for my clients, my family, and anyone who walks through our doors. Victoria Hill
With over two years of experience behind the chair, Victoria brings her passion for hair to Luxe and Legacy Salon. Specializing in hand-tied extensions and blonding services, she is certified in Beauvoir extensions and has mastered the art of balayage looks under renowned educators like Jennifer Slim, the Unorthodox Stylist, and Melissa Jaramillo from Aloe Hair Studio. Hair styling runs in Victoria's veins; she grew up in her mother’s salon, sweeping up hair and absorbing the craft from an early age. Her mother, the owner of Luxe & Legacy Salon, has nearly 20 years of industry experience, and her sister is also a talented stylist. This family legacy fuels her dedication to continuous education and excellence in her work. When she's not creating stunning transformations in the salon, Victoria cherishes quality time with her family and friends. A true sun lover, you can often find her lounging by the pool, indulging in her love for crawfish, and sipping on a refreshing margarita. With Victoria on your hair journey, you're not just getting a stylist; you're gaining a passionate artist who cares deeply about your hair and overall experience!

While my home studio is in Spring, I'II now be offering limited availability inside Image Studios 360-perfect for returning clients, or anyone new looking for a luxury, personalized salon experience. I'm Patti Hill, a stylist for nearly 20 years and the proud owner of Luxe & Legacy Salon, LLC. I pride myself on listening carefully to my clients' needs and collaborating to create the perfect hairstyle. I'm passionate about classic, custom, stylish, and manageable looks that match your lifestyle and personality. I’m always advancing my skills to bring the latest techniques and styles to my clients. In 2025, l traveled to Rome, Italy, to perfect my brunette balayage technique. I'm certified in French haircutting and French balayage (hand-painted balayage). Every appointment is an opportunity to provide a luxurious experience while helping you look and feel your best!
